What we handle

The firm
Fortis Legal Partners was founded in 2021 in the District Courts of Dera Ghazi Khan, where the work is ordinary and unglamorous — land, family, recovery — and where a reputation is built one hearing at a time rather than through advertising.
That grounding shaped how the firm still works. Clients in a district court are rarely companies. They are people whose land is disputed, whose marriage has ended, whose business has been served a notice they do not understand. They need to be told the truth about their chances early, in language they actually use.
The practice now works out of Lahore and appears before the Lahore High Court, the revenue and appellate tribunals, and the special courts. The clients have changed. The method has not.
How we work
The reason most people stay anxious about a case is that nobody tells them anything between hearings. Four fixed steps, so you always know where the matter stands.
A first meeting at the office or over WhatsApp. Bring whatever documents you have, even if they are incomplete.
We tell you what the case is worth, what it will likely take, and where it is weak — before you commit to anything.
Drafting, filing and appearance are ours. You attend only on the dates the court actually requires you.
After every hearing, a message telling you what happened and what the next date means. No chasing.
People
A small practice by choice. The advocate you meet in the first consultation is the one who appears for you.
Founding Partner, Advocate High Court
I started in the district courts, where clients have no in-house counsel to explain things to them. That taught me the job is half advocacy and half translation, and that people relax the moment they actually understand what is happening to them.

What we hold to
If your case is weak, you will hear it in the first meeting, not after two years of fees. Some matters are better settled than fought.
Adjournments cost you time and money. We come to court having read the file, not having skimmed it in the corridor.
Your matter is not passed down a chain. The person who takes it is the person who argues it.
Family and criminal matters carry consequences well beyond the courtroom. Nothing about your case leaves the file.
Contact
